I loved being a teacher, and then the pandemic happened.​
During the pandemic, I—like many Americans—had an epiphany. Why was I working so hard for a system that didn't respect its students or teachers?
Leaving a stable career to become a tarot reader was not an easy decision, but I'm glad I did because I am more financially successful and I have more time for myself.

Four Months. That's All You Need.

First Month
We'll discuss the nitty-gritty tax details. I will show you how to itemize and do simple bookkeeping so that your accountant doesn't hate you. Aren't accountants bookkeepers? Not unless you pay for it. You'll learn the difference between a Sole Proprietorship and an LLC and how to file those documents without paying a third party, like Rocket Lawyer, thousands of dollars. You'll learn if you need to file an EIN with the IRS and how long you can suffer a loss before the IRS decides your business is a hobby.

Third Month
This month will be about networking. Should you do free events? How do you get into markets? What supplies do you need for markets and private parties? How do you get a residency? Should you pay for third-party lead sites and/or advertising? How do you get a physical space or should you just do virtual?

Second Month
In the second month, you will learn who your business avatar is and your specific niche. This will help fine-tune your marketing. I will also either audit or help you build your website. We will also talk about the name of your business and the importance of SEO. Don't know what SEO is? Don't worry—you'll learn that, too. We will also discuss the importance of social media and which medium suits you. The second month is about building your brand so people can find you. And finally, we will discuss the importance of your email list.

Fourth Month
In the final month, we will discuss how to manage building a business while serving clients. How much growth do you really want, and how much growth can you actually manage? What work should you source out? What's working and not working for you? And do you take your business further with blogs, newsletters, and or podcasts?
